RESERVATIONS When making a personal leisure rental, please note the following:
- For personal bookings, please ensure BCD - E747200 is included on your reservation. You need to add this number into the booking to get your discounted rates.
- To enter the BCD Number, click 'I have a Corporate Account or BCD Number' on the booking form.
- You will be required to show your drivers licence at the counter prior to hire and also supply a credit card for payment.
- All staff rentals must purchase Motor Vehicle Insurance (MVI), the cost is $5.00 + GST per day with an excess of $1500.00 + GST on car groups A to E and $3,000.00 + GST on all other car groups. Optional Excess Reduction Insurance is available for $10.00 + GST per day - this reduces the excess to $225.00 + GST on car groups A to E and $750.00 + GST on all other car groups. Commercial fleet excess and insurance varies - please check at the time of reservation.
- At present, Motor Vehicle Insurance (MVI) is not displayed on the website when making a reservation, but this will be charged at pick-up.
- For verification purposes, you will need to present your Fletcher Employee ID at the time of rental.
- DO NOT present your Fletcher Business FASTBREAK card when collecting a personal leisure rental.
- All drivers must be 21 years of age and hold a current full drivers licence.
- Reservations can be made via this web page, where your BCD is preloaded, or by calling Budget Reservations - 0800 652 227.
- You are also welcome to take up one of our Special Offers, but please note that these special deals do not include your Fletcher Construction preferred benefits. When booking a special offer, do not use BCD E747200.
