RESERVATIONS When making a personal leisure rental, please note the following:
- For personal bookings, please ensure BCD - E723099 is included on your reservation. You need to include this number to get your discounted rates.
- You will need to show your drivers license at the rental counter prior to hire and also supply a valid credit card for payment.
- For all staff rentals you must purchase Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) Insurance. The cost is $10.50 + GST per day for vehicles group A-E with an excess of $1,000.00 + GST which can be reduced to an excess of $250.00 +GST by paying an excess reduction of $10.00 + GST per day. For all other car groups LDW Insurance is $17.50 + GST per day with an excess of $2,000.00 which is reducible to $750.00 +GST by paying excess reduction insurance of $10.00 + GST per day.
