Please enter the following information if you are charging back to the University of Otago account.
- On the booking form, click “I have a corporate account or BCD #”
- Enter code ZZ689V into the field labeled “OTTO / ACTO / BCN #”
PLEASE NOTE: You must enter a purchase order number if your rental is being charged back. Enter your purchase order number on step 3 of the reservation where you enter your personal contact details.

Please enter the following information if you are charging back to your P.Card.
- On the booking form click “I have a corporate account or BCD #”
- Enter code E725114 into the field labeled “BCD #”
PLEASE NOTE: Enter “
P.Card” in the mandatory purchase order number field on step 3 of the reservation where you enter your personal contact details. Payment must be made using your own P.Card - i.e. the name on the P. Card must be the renter.
