A RapidRez or Fastbreak number is a number which is specific to you and enables us to recognise you and your details when you are a regular renter with Budget. It means you only need to sign one master rental agreement and then you can rent with us faster; avoid queues, paperwork, and save time, by not having to sign a rental agreement every time you rent with us.

If you have forgotten your Fastbreak/RapidRez Number you can enter your details on our Forgot Username page or email our database team for further assistance.

Resetting your password is easy. Just click here and follow the prompts.

You are in control of your profile and can easily make amendments online. After logging in you can follow the prompts to make amendments. If you need further assistance email our database team to make the change. 

There are 2 different scenarios in which you may receive this message:

1. Your profile was created as part of a corporate arrangement, at a location or by a third party. You’ve never created a password so you need to complete this last step. Please click here and follow the prompts to create your password.
2. You’re attempting to login with a corporate chargeback account and It’s currently not possible to login with this account type. To book, enter the Fastbreak number and drivers’ surname, in the Budget Customer Number section of the booing engine. If you have a chargeback account and need to update any details, including the credit card, please contact salessupport@abgroup.co.nz.
