Yes, if you're a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program you can earn 700 Qantas Frequent Flyer points per rental on qualifying rentals from participating Budget New Zealand rental locations.
Membership and points are subject to the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.
Qantas Frequent Flyer points cannot be earned on staff rates, corporate rates, discount promotions, free days, tours or certain travel industry rates.
Only one loyalty points program may be nominated per rental and the renter name must be the same as the membership name of that particular program.
Qantas Frequent Flyer Members must quote their membership number when making a reservation and show their membership card when collecting their vehicle, or at the counter at checkout. (This is not required if the membership number is already linked to your Fastbreak & Rapidrez profile).
Yes, you can. If you've completed a qualifying Budget rental and forgot to include your Air New Zealand Airpoints or Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number, please contact the Budget Customer Service team and advise the following details:
Rental Agreement Number
Frequent Flyer / Loyalty Membership Number
Customer Services will check the required information pertaining to your past rental and if the rental qualifies for a credit, the appropriate information will be forwarded to the respective travel partner for processing.
PLEASE NOTE: The renters name must match the name displayed on the loyalty membership card/profile.
