• Reservations made on portal sites 
• Rentals at Budget locations that do not participate in loyalty programmes

Yes you can. Simply go to the Request Miles / Points page. Complete the required information pertaining to your past rental and if the rental qualifies for a credit, the appropriate information will be forwarded to the respective travel partner for processing.
